Features
- Each membership category purchases the minimum number of non-withdrawal / non-refundable shares at Ksh. 200 each.
- Shares shall not act as collateral for a loan.
- Members will only be able to transfer their shares to other existing members when withdrawing their membership from the society.
Requirements
- ID card/passport
- 1 passport photo
- 1,000/= for membership
Benefits
- Shares earn dividends at the end of every financial year at a rate that shall be pre-determined by the board.
- One voting right per share during AGMs
